Privacy policy

What we collect, which is almost nothing, and what happens to it when you get in touch.

Effective 27 August 2026

The short version. This website does not collect anything about you. There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. Nothing on these pages is loaded from a third party.

The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us when you get in touch by email.

1.Who we are

Airbridge Pty Ltd operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We are based in Perth, Western Australia.

This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2.What this website collects

Nothing. We want to be precise about that, because it is unusual.

  • There are no contact forms or input fields anywhere on this site.
  • We do not set cookies, and we do not use browser storage.
  • We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any other tracking.
  • Every font, image and script is served from this site. Nothing is fetched from a third party, so no third party learns that you visited.

You can browse this entire website without giving us any information at all.

3.What our hosting provider processes

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to serve a page and to protect the site from attack. That includes your IP address, the page requested, and general details about your browser and device.

We do not use this information to identify you, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not build any profile from it. It exists so that the website works and stays available.

4.When you contact us

The contact links on this site open your own email program. If you write to us, we receive whatever you choose to include, which is usually your name, your email address, your organisation and the substance of your enquiry.

We use that information to respond to you and to continue the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.

5.Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing.

We share it only with the service providers that operate our own systems, such as our email provider, and only so that they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

6.Where it is held

Our email runs on Microsoft 365 and our website is delivered by Cloudflare. Both are global providers, so information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in countries with different privacy laws. We choose providers that are contractually bound to protect it.

7.How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence for as long as there is a reason to, which usually means for the life of the relationship and for a period afterwards to meet our record keeping obligations. When there is no longer a reason to hold it, we delete it or de-identify it.

8.Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. That includes access controls on our systems and encryption in transit. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9.Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@airbridgeaustralia.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information or your complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10.Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.

11.Contact

Privacy questions can go to contact@airbridgeaustralia.com. We aim to respond within two business days.
